I'm thrown off at the fact that you seat yourself. But that's ok. What's not ok is the complete lack of structure. It seemed like it was everyone's first day. No one knew what they were doing and the girl that rang me up tried charging me twice. We got a beer with our order and sat down with our food and it never came; I guess it's the whole "come get it yourself" type thing so my husband went and asked for it and she tried charging him he had to tell her multiple times "I paid for it with my meal" and she kept saying "it's $5 extra"
I feel like I'm in that Ricky and Morty episode with the simulations
Other than that the food was alright. I've had better and none of it is fresh. But again. It's alright. -

First time here. Would never come back. California burrito doesn't have fries in it. That's not a California burrito. Meat sits out all day not cooked to order. $12 for a burrito and it's big but it's 60% refined beans. Barely any meat on the burrito.
As far as the staff goes the bartender was pleasant, the girl taking the good order not so much.
They only had one menu (take out paper trifold) for the entire bar area. This place is awful. -

First of all, this place has 2 1/2 stars on Yelp which pretty much tells you what they are all about. As I write this review, there are three (3) waitresses doing NOTHING, but texting and talking to each other. I finished my first beer 10 minutes ago and NOT ONE of them has approached me to ask if I want another drink. I just wanted to see what developed, grew tired of waiting and finally approached one of them to ask her for my server. There is another customer sitting next to me and other patrons that I can see are frustrated because of the lack of attention and service. I know a lot of owners in the restaurant and bar industry and if your patrons are not drinking or eating you are losing money.
There are Eastern Conference NBA basketball and Hockey games taking place today but the place is pretty much empty. The Waitresses at this place think they are the last Coca-Cola in the desert, and they are so wrong. As a patron, all that I ask is to be treated with respect. If I was the owner, all the waitresses working today would be fired for being so lazy, unproductive and for lacking personality. Today is my third time here and I always see the same workers, perhaps bringing in someone new who is hungry for work would be a good idea.
If you are a potential customer my advice would be that you go somewhere else to avoid the disappointment. I went to "Que Pasa Mexican Cafe" on the other side of the street and it was so much better.
I truly hope that customer service improves with my review. -

This place is clean and the food is just okay. But the employees are the rudest people ever. I felt rushed and all the girls had bad attitudes. Thank god I'm just passing through. I would never come here again.

We ate dinner here before an event. The line moves slowly but the al pastor and carne asada tacos were pretty good! Everyone seemed to be ordering tacos that day in the line. My friend's chile verde burrito turned out to be so watery by the time we sat down that she had to eat it with a fork and knife. My other friend's carnitas tostada was reportedly very good too. There is a variety of salads and chips before you check out. They definitely need more than two people behind the counter making food to move the line along. There is a bar on the other side of the restaurant which seemed to be fairly busy. My rating would be higher, but we ordered drinks and mine was not tropical looking at all, very dull and hardly any alcohol which was rather disappointing for $9. Overall the staff, environment, and food is actually decent but the drinks were lacking.
